I always make a list of things I won't to tell my doctor, because I get anxious and nervous and forget what needs to be said. Sometimes I will just hand him the list and he is always okay with that, if that is what I choose to do.

I've done it too. Perfectly ok. It makes it a little easier if they ask me specific questions about the list of things.

Anything that helps you communicate with your doctor is good. Good luck with your appointment.

Anything you can do to let your doctor know what's going on is not only alright but very important and I'm sure he will be grateful. It helps him help you better and saves him time beause he doesn't have to try to figure it out for you.Great Idea!
