I JUST HAD TO TELL EVERYONE I HAVE A BIG FEAR OF LEAVING MY HOUSE, I HAVENT LEFT MY HOUSE IN ALMOST 3 YEARS, WELL YESTERDAY I WENT SHOPPING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ALMOST 3 YEARS I JUST KEPT TELLING MYSELF ID B OK AND I CAN DO THIS AND I DID IT...I TOOK MY WIFE AND OUR SON WITH ME WE HAD TO GO SCHOOL SHOPPING WE WERE OUT ALL DAY AND I HAD A BLAST...WE DONT HAVE A CAR SO I HAD TO GET ON THE BUS, WE WENT TO TACO BELL, WALMART, MCDONALDS, ETC...IM SO VERY PROUD OF MYSELF I WAS SO SCARED BUT ONCE I WAS OUT THERE I WAS FINE....IM EXCITED NOW FOR THE JOURNEY IN MY RECOVERY....

Not only did you make it through a big stressful day, but you "did fine". That is fantastic news! Hold onto that memory tightly and use it to keep pushing yourself to go outside again in the future.
