Maybe it is because I am bipolar.
My stress level is manageable. I have an upcoming interview for a perfect position and it will be a very tough interview - tougher than anything I have been through. So that is stress. But I have a job until next summer so I should not be too worried about not getting this perfect position - I am not desperate. I will be moving soon - that is stress, but it is manageable. So why do I have an attack every day? Clonazepam does not help, I am not going to try any more. I mean, possibly if I took a whole pill, it would have helped, but I do not want to go that route. It happens in the afternoon, out of the blue. Any ideas? |

I am bipolar as well & could have written your post.
Have no idea why these usually happen in afternoon. Can be at an enjoyable evening event & have one. ![]() Only difference is I take the klonopin, don't like the ER... |

I also get these-out of the blue attacks, in the afternoon, usually when I´m not doing anything.. nothing that triggers it. It is usually the time I finally get to relax a little after a hard day of anxiety and then poof bamm, attack.
Can´t find out why this happens... maybe just stressrelease or something. Fluanxol is starting to work for me a bit, it has a calming effect... but to soon to tell. Sobril 25mg 3x daily gets me a bit drowsy, but getting used to it.. Take care and stay in touch. |

These attacks stopped. I am enjoying living without them. But I know they will return, out of the blue.

Well, I'm glad the attacks have stopped for the time being and I hope they never come back to you. Just keep doing whatever you are doing now and good luck!
