Does anybody have any good tips on how to put your anxiety to the back of your mind?
I have lived with these nerves for years (due to bullying) and they come out most when I'm at school (The place I was bullied).
I'm on my last year and tomorrow I have a meeting, I might be asked to leave the school and I need to try and calm down so I don't have a panic attack or something in front of everybody.
