all my life i let my fear destroy every single thing i decide to do. i was about to drop out of school just because i was too afraid to meet new students and to sit for exams with them! i almost failed in every exam i sit for because of my anxiety. my heart starts beating so fast, i hardly breath and i no longer can hold my pen, and every time i try to hold it again the pain gets worse. until one day, i was in class, barely trying not to leave, i decided to end that. i can't let it destroy my future anymore, i have dreams, i planned everything. i don't need a professional to treat my condition, i'll be my own doctor. i know there will be times when i'll feel like giving up but i won't let it control me! i'll fight for my future i'll fight for my dreams i'll fight to live. that anger inside of me helped me somehow to fight fear, i straggled, yes. it was so difficult to calm down easily but i kept trying and trying. it was just the beginning. at least i know this is a start, i know success is still far away, but i need to keep fighting till i reach what i want. you too, why don't you try to set some goals and try to fight for them maybe it will help!

watevs, this is just my opinion but if you try to fight it by yourself it could end up taking longer to make progress, just a thought. even if you just found some good self-help books, it would probably get you where you want to be faster. it's never easy, but I make much more progress when I'm doing less trial and error on my own.

yes, i read few self-help books and i am still reading. i know it is hard to do that alone but i have to learn how to rely only on myself.

maybe you can set a deadline for yourself. if you cannot do it on your own until a certain date then it cant hurt to see a doctor or a therapist. i'm still not sure if seeking professional help was a good idea..i hope so but even if it was a waste of money, at least it gives me the feeling that i'm doing something. good luck!
