On Facebook I found out that two rappers I like, Vinnie Paz and Ill Bill, are touring Canada, and they'll be doing a show at a city near me in February. Neither of them are my favourite - I like Immortal Technique and Sun Rise Above the most - but I am familiar with them and it would be interesting to see them live.
I've never attended a concert before. In fact, I didn't start listening to music until I was about 16 years old. When I searched on Youtube for videos of what their concerts are like - OMG! It's so crowded, everyone's bumping into each other and screaming, it's like a nightmare scenario for someone like myself. (Asperger's, OCD, PTSD, anxiety, sensory issues, etc.) I'd love to see them but I mean I feel nauseous thinking about it! It's too bad I didn't have someone to attend with me. Anyone have experience with concerts? Any advice for me? ![]() |

Hi, personally I wont go to concerts, the drive even getting to the concert is usually bumper to bumper and a long wait. Just cant handle it. Not trying to tell you what to do by no means, but I don't recommend it.

They are very intense, and the music is usually really loud--and yes, the people tend to be loud and intense, too. I agree that it might be best to just enjoy the music at home.....
