I have to walk down this long hall to get to work, its an overpass thats closed in and their are other people walking either beside me or behind me. Well, its gotten to the point where I am having a hard time walking, its bothering me knowing people are behind me. I guess, I'm going to have to park in another area, which if further away, this way also has a long hallway to walk down but not on a overpass. I try to take my mind off of it when I'm walking but cant, I am almost staggering and limping trying to make it to the door to get in. That makes it worse, and to make it worse there are cameras, then I finally make it to the door. It bothers me that people are waking beside me also. What the? I not really afraid of the height, its the people.

try listening to music you like through headphones, maybe you can loose yourself in the music as you pass through the hallway. I had a very similar thing for a while, not the hallway, but the people bit, and playing music really loud into my ears kind of took me away from them into my own little world, aware they were there but the music was a good reason why i did not interact with them, so the pressure and anxiety disappeared.
((hugs))
good luck x
Thanks for this!
