I have finally taken a solo trip and managed to survive the airport, flying to and from my destination, renting a car and driving to and from the airport. I managed to get through the day fairly well, not great, not without anxiety, and the stomach upset and a quick trip 10 minutes before boarding the plane but I DID IT!!!!!!

And man was I really glad to get home. The whole point for me was just to do it, and find moments to reflect and enjoy the peanuts, and the view from above the clouds....woo hoo

Thanks for sharing this. It must have been an intensely distressing trip. You have every reason to be proud of yourself. The fact that you overcame your anxiety shows that it is indeed possible to set yourself a goal and accomplish it no matter how hard it is. Congrats!!
Thanks for this!

Way to go! And thanks for sharing it with us. Any time you push through the anxiety and accomplish what seems impossible it puts you a little further along the path to peace. It is possible to get better and you are proof.
Thanks for this!
