I was diagnosed with moderate to severe generalized anxiety disorder about 10 months ago. The month following my diagnosis i was on both zoloft nd lexapro. But my mom took me off my meds the next month. She enrolled me in some ridiculous horse therapy thing where u learn how 2 "show leadership" by taking care of horses. Like tht would fix my anxiety. Im barely holding on right now. I hate meds but i dont know much longer ill be able to function without them.

I just dropped by to say I read your post.

I suppose you tried to talk to your mother about your situation and your opinion regarding the difference in how to deal with what you are going through.
