Not sure why, but I am a bundle of nerves today. I have OCD, but this has never happened to me before. I am worrying about anything and everything- for example, at nine o'clock this morning I was worried that when I cook dinner tonight the meat will not get done enough and we will get sick from it. At noon I was worried about whether or not I the mail is here and if I should go check. I mean seriously giving myself a stomachache worrying. I have taken all of my meds on time every time, and now I'm worried that I'm losing it. I'm so nervous that I can't sit still, and I'm not scheduled to see the doctor again until September. Any ideas on what causes this and what I can do about it?

As hard & impossible as it may be sometimes, you`re going to have to talk it through with yourself. This always helps me. Usually I get extra nervous when more tired like lack of sleep or down, it usually passes & the meds do help. Try to stay as focused as possible & if all doesn`t work after some time try to get in to see your doc sooner. HUGS
