I have a terrible fear of death and tend to dwell on it. All the constant thoughts of "what ifs", can drive you crazy. I'm constantly thinking about all the bad things that can happen, that I can't enjoy the good things in my life.
Are you seeing a therapist? You need to learn to change the way you think and stop worrying about what might happen. It's important that you don't transfer this thought pattern to your child, as she may grow up thinking the same way. ![]() |

anxiety ridden, how are you? You should get pdoc appt. to come up with a plan to help you when you have this active phobia.
I don't know what works for you to get out this cycle of feelings and thoughts.

if you have never experienced this before, is it possible it has something to do with hormones adjusting? that might be a possibility. but you shouldn't have to suffer with it, I would go to the doctor or like optimize said try to get in to see a counselor.
