I was with my ex for just under 2 years he abused me and manipulated me since then I panic a lot I get very anxious all I think is it going to happen to me again I struggle to let my new boyfriend touch me because I'm to afraid as my ex raped me I struggle to get it out of my mind of what happened I was under mental health and it didn't do a thing for me any help would be great

I thought about behaviour modification as a possibility for you.

The Life Extension Foundation Forums

But I would go through the first two here because those are from PsychCentral members. It might be quicker, if needed, to contact those member here. The last link suggests that behaviour modification might work. Do not pay for anything someone is selling.
