I do have lots of anxiety, It is always have been very complicated to deal with it. Not being able to concetrate might be one of the issues, and how I live my life, might cause that as well, so I guess I can see that major sources of anxiety are driven from my own life, and that tends to make my life away go away, as I can never really be there, fully engaged with energy and power towards my own dreams.

Any suggestion of how to cope with it, natural vitamins that I could use in order to have my self more in the moment, it is really hard to be in the moment my whole life, I alawys feel tense, worried about something that sometimes I can't even touch, it is just there the never ending tension I feel. the only thing is that can get worse, but never really free from it.

thanks so much.

Have you got a Psychiatrist that you can talk with that can prescribe some meds? A regular Dr. can also prescribe if he/she feels you need some. Anxiety is part of depression and a anti-depressant may also help at this time.

Its normal to experience some anxiety. Life has many anxious moments, and you can never be free of all anxiety. However if you always feel that there is this big lion in the room ready to eat you, then the anxiety is way out of hand.

Vitamins and sleep and good food choices helps us to cope better but real anxiety needs to be treated by a Physician. Its important also that you rid yourself of all caffeine. Its in chocolate, hot choclate and tea and of course coffee. Also its in medication over the counter like Excedrin so be careful of the ingredients in products and foods.

I have dealt with anxiety most of my life and its no fun. Even with good meds which I am on now, it still shows itself sometimes. You might to also find some good self help books on anxiety like Mindfulness etc. Also check into a support group in your area as well as maybe finding a good therapist to help you. These tools may also help you in keeping it at bay.

Thinking of you!
