I need extra help, but my family thinks I don't need it. Tha meds that they put me on helps a little but I still hear and see things. My thoughts are bad. I get anxiety attacks, please if you have any suggestions please let me know thanks. I'm new to this site, I have bipolar 1 and anxiety. I take seriquel 400 mg ativan 5 times a day and I take celexa 40 mg

I would suggest going back to your psychiatrist and telling them that the meds aren't working and that you need to try new meds or a different combination of meds until they start working and making you feel better.

There are many different meds out there that may or may not work. If you are at the beginning of finding meds that work we call this time 'med trials'. Meaning you should be trying and discarding many different meds until you find just the right ones. This could take a while... Don't expect the first meds you try to be just the perfect and only meds there are...
