My boss gave me a "prescription" last month for quitting my job. Basically, he wrote on his prescription pad that due to medical reasons, he advises that I find a different job. I used to run an in home daycare and went back to work part time in October, while still babysitting one toddler part time. The reason I stopped running the home daycare was because I couldn't find anymore kids to watch. I had been watching 6 different kids. The mother of one girl stopped paying me and ripped me off for about 75 bucks. The mom of 2 of the boys went on mat leave so didn't need me anymore. Two of the girls had a regular daycare but was closed for the summer so I was just filling in. The mother of another decided she wanted her dad to watch him instead. So I had to return to my old job. I'm finding though that my brain just does not work how it used to. I forget things all the time, I get flustered easily. I just can't do my job anymore and want to start the home daycare again.
I'm feeling a lot of anxiety about giving my notice to my manager. Just thinking about it I'm feeling really panicky...my heart is starting to race. Can anyone give me tips to calm down when I'm feeling like this?

See if there is something you like.
