Hello my name is Jimmy, well here is my story my mom Barbara Romero, passed away of cervical cancer march 25, 2012. Ever since then I have
been sad and depressed. It is like losing my best friend, that I can never talk to again. I attend the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness's, where they have helped me through my depression. But it is like a emotional scar that will never leave me. I am from Miami Florida, but I had to leave Miami when my mom passed away. Because of a financial situation, I had to leave to Georgia with a family member. I also have anxiety issues, my hands shake if I get to nervous. can someone tell me how to better cure my nervousness or make it better? Thanks Everyone ![]() |

Hey, Jimmy. Sorry we're slow getting to respond to you. I'm also sorry to hear about your mom.
As far as your anxiety, everybody feels some nervousness some times. What helps me is to take a deep breath and then let it out easy--and then do that more until I begin to relax. You might also write some positive statements down and read those--or even find some comforting Biblical scriptures and read those. Or pray! I hope these ideas will help! ![]() |
