Hi Worry Wart.

I am currently suffering from similar symptoms myself. I am having heart palpitation on a daily occurrence. These symptoms can be very scary. Although I have had similar symptoms in the past and was checkout (EKG, head scan, Chest-Xray, ultrasound on the arteries in my neck) and nothing was found. It still plays havoc with my mind.

I have schedule a echo to be done and will be wearing an holster for 24 hours to monitor me through out the day. I have never had these tests done. My doc told me if these test shows up negative then it is the anxiety/stress that I am feeling and I should work on reducing my anxiety/stress. So, I would say get whatever tests that needs to be done to ease your mind. When it comes to the heart error on the side of caution.

I was at the gym earlier and didn't experience anything, however as I was typing a response to you I had two palpitations. I believe me reflecting and going over my experience triggered me. Anxiety can be a terrible thing. I hope my comments helps you in someway.
Thanks for this!

In my experience, you should begin by seeing a doctor. They can then do tests, to rule out possible physical causes of the discomfort. Panic attacks and heart attacks have very similar symptoms ~ as do panic attacks and seizures.

See the doctor ASAP, get the tests, and go with your doctor's diagnosis and treatment plan. ((hugs)) and very best wishes to you!

Keep us posted on what happens. ( I too went through the same tests as uchiha, it is definitely good to rule out things...if you come up "checking out" at least the peace of mind will be there that it is not your heart.)

Good luck...!

Had tests done everything came out normal and just being panic attacks and anxiety. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I just figured out how to use the site and now there is an iPhone app for it.

If you are suffering from anxiety it can make it extremely hard to control habits and behavioral desires, because I am also having the same problem and my doctor suggest me kava doses to overcome this.
