I'm so over it. Anybody here with anxiety problems with chronic insomnia?

Definitely - I end up needing medication for it - problem with that - well it works great, but only if it's limited to 2-3 times a week, more than that, and it seems ineffective...

My boyfriend has that problem. Laying aside medication, since I figure you've already tried that - try and adjust your eating cycle? Don't eat anything, not even a snack, during the time you're "supposed" to be asleep, and start the day with a big breakfast at the time you're "supposed" to get up. Your body knows fundamentally that it must be awake when the food comes - so teach it that there is never any food in the dead of night but always food in the morning, and it may try to adjust for you.
