I have a phobia of insects, the 'g' word that is supernatural and needles/pain. How do I reduce my fear? Also, I think I have social anxiety. I get scared at talking on the phone/online calls to my friends, I dread family gatherings, I'm even anxious around my own brother. Public speaking makes me laugh for no reason, shake so violently that people in the second row can see it and even lose control of my bladder.. School gives me stomach problems every morning and I just want some of it to stop.. I have a fitness retest coming up and I don't want to break down again.. Please help.. <3<3

Is there somewhere you could go to seek counseling? I think it would really help.
