When I was at my appointment yesterday I felt shaky (particularly in my legs). The therapist said that observing me I was not physically shaking but being that it was internal it probably felt real to me (and how tough topics cause anxiety even when we don't realize it). I KNOW I was shaking but i (later on) held out something on my finger tips when i felt shaky, and sure enough I wasn't.

I almost feel like she didn't believe me, but I don't think she thinks I was lying.

I didn't mention it until I felt so shaky that I couldn't really put my thoughts together, and I kind of doubt i'll mention it again. But has anyone else ever experienced internal shaking, and if so how'd you deal with it?

I've felt weakness and a sort of internal vibration before. Perhaps those are similar? I have never felt like I was shaking without actually shaking; actually a lot of the times it is opposite; I will look down at my hands to see them shaking while in a tough position.

I believe you!!!

Thanks, she was kind of making me feel like I was making it up (non intentionally of course - I really like her)... but I literally thought my leg was gonna fly off the couch!

I have had this awful shaking inside too. My Pdoc said it was anxiety and panic. I go to see a T and am on meds. I haven't had it badly for about a month now.
(((((((hugs))))))) hope you feel better soon
