Any one else just get anxious for no reason at all? I get that a lot, really bugs me.

Yes and I suspect GAD is the culprit in my case. If I have no "good" reason for feeling anxious I'm anxious anyway.

I have felt that way before too, but I eventually learned that I had an allergy to latex of all things. Took me a year and a half to discover, and if it wasn't for the help of a couple doctor & hospital visits it put me through, I may not have ever found the answers to the strange vibes my body was giving off. Not saying you have allergies, but they can put people through some bizarre physical & mental moods.

I am always anxious and there's never a reason. In fact, that was the toughest thing I had to accept in therapy, that I was feeling anxious and then blaming external things for it. Fact is, my anxiety is not a response to a problem, threat, or anything else. It just is.

Meds: Zoloft, Lorazapam, Coffee, Cigarettes
