A lot of psychologists work with phobias. A good method is exposure therapy. It can provoke anxiety but helps you face your fear/phobia under controlled conditions. From what I understand it is effective and relatively quick (quicker than some other therapies anyway). I'd give a psychologist a try........D.

you would need to seek help and see what could be done. Not sure if you meant the fear of spiders or of leaving home or a protected area, and I apologize for my ignorance. No need to explain. Do try to get some help and support. There's another mental health issues forum on PC. Maybe you'd want to move your question there, as well. I wish you the very best with it!
