Does anyone else experience this symptom? What are your coping strategies to help with this. I am having trouble practicing relaxation due to some pain so Im hoping there is something else out there to combat this. Thanks

Yes, very much. Its my biggest "symptom" of anxiety actually. Worst thing is, when I feel it and tell T about it she can't see it. So then I feel like i'm being dramatic, try to go on with the conversation but feel like i'm about to jump out of my skin or my leg is gonna like spasm kick something from the shaking, lol.
What works best, most always for me, is slow deep breaths. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Usually about 4-5 will do. Something else i'd do is walk around or busy myself so that my body has a way to expend that energy.

I know the feeling, have it all the time but donīt know how to cope with it. Only use deep breathing, that helps..

Thankyou
![]() I got on the exercise bike for a while and that did help a little and made it manageable. Might be time to get on it again soon. |

I get that inner trembling too a lot. I usually have to take some adivan for it to go away.

That's usually, when I know, for a fact, I am in the middle of an anxiety attack, and take my med. That's physiological, to me, and I also accept that my central nervous system plays a role. All the breathing techniques in the world, do nothing to help that. Maybe it helps my heart palpitations, which I haven't had in a while, but trembling, shaky hand, not a chance.
