It all started a few months back when I was filling out job applications. I was drinking coffee and all the sudden I had an intense panic attack after which i vomited. Also I haven't gone to sleep before Midnight in nearly five months. As well as daily nervousness, worry of having a serious problem. Which include symptoms of sometimes heavy breathing, irritable, feeling like something big is going happen, and scared of being able to live a normal life. When I am alone and bored is when the symptoms are the worst. I always try to be with people i hate being alone especially when I have nothing to do or when i am driving or mowing the lawn. I just hope it is not the beginning of something ten times worse.

Hi spindly,

Have you talked to your doctor about anxiety? I have had panic attacks for years, and know how debilitating they are, but with meds and CBT the panic attacks have been under control (for the most part).

I find that deep breathing exercises help, along with self-soothing, meditation, hot baths and distractions. I can give you more info on these if you're interested (send a PM). These definitely help my anxiety personally.

So sorry you've been feeling this way.

Hello, Spindly. Stratocaster has some good ideas. I used to have panic attacks but they went away, breathing exercises helped me most. Be sure and talk to your doctor so he can make sure nothing physical is going on.
