Is that the only way to beat anxiety? I had a real 'F the world' attitude before I got this way, and I was happy as ever.

When it takes total control over your life and breaks you down into little pieces, the only way is up, right? I am going to find those little pieces and build myself from here. Being careless, what harm would it do?

Be careful, I carry that attitude around a lot, when I don't have anxiety I have anger. I have GAD and it can turn in to anger even rage. I need to keep both in check.

Twigg, I feel you. That's my short version of the Serenity prayer. It does kind of give me a little peace. Now, I just keep trying to recognize the feeling, what might have caused it and let it go.

I do wish you peace and happiness.
