I am freaking out. My OCD is off the wall. I have a math test thursday, If I dont pass it I cant get in my classes for next semester. I have already failed it twice, this is my last chance. I have two math tutors and a ton of math guides. Iam still struggling. I feel like a failure. I don't know what to do.
Iam counting walls, counting cracks, repeating phrases in my head over and over! Iam so upset. Can anyone help me?

you need to some how relax and have faith you are going to pass if you think you are going to fail you are going to
envision yourself calmly taking the test and do the best you can but you need to relax stress does not help in these situations you need to relax

Yes you do sound overwhelmed with worry. Do you know of the measures you can take to help you do your best on a test? Which of them do you plan on doing?
I'm talking about things like listening to classical music (not only while you study, but the morning before the testing.) NOT cramming the night before the test, because you won't really gain anything from that...but rest well, get a good night's sleep knowing you have studied hard and know plenty more now than you did the other times. Stessed out !

Your tutors know how to take the test...be sure you take their advice too. Good WIshes! What score do you want from the test?

Thanks for the advice. I know I should get a good night sleep and stuff. I might try listening to music, it alway seems to calm me down. The test has 40 questions. I need a 177 score, Iam not to sure what grade that is, all I know is 177 is the minimum I need to pass. Just pray for me! thanks!
