i am going to counseling for stress and rage issues. i'm wondering if my anxiety is causing my anger, and if it is, why? i don't know why i get so mad about things that make me nervous. does anyone else deal with this sort of thing?

I Heard it has to do. I have many rage issues, sometimes I get (and always did) very anxious and hurt and then I break things, I hit the doors, I hit my fingers, I bite myself, I cut really hard. A friend of mine also has anxiety and she gets too very angry quickly, with her parents, like me.
I know why I get so bad: because my life sucks. |

i don't know what your definition of life suckage is but i'm pretty sure mine doesn't. we have trouble paying the bills sometimes and i get stressed out about things like that but for the most parts my life is a lot better than some people's. so it's not that for me. which makes me feel kind of bad because i do have a pretty okay life, but i still get so angry. it doesn't seem right.
