I am going to the dentist tomorrow. I am very nervous. It will be a miracle if I don't super panic and break down.

Hugs to you. Trips to the dentist are an issue for a lot of people here. I had a panic episode at the dentist a couple of years ago while getting a filling. I asked them if I could get up and walk around until I felt a little better. They were very understanding. Just do your best ... that is all you can do.

I'm one of those people who have been to the dentist hundreds of times. I always get nervous when I have to go to a new one. I try keep check on my beathing and not hyperventalate. Keep your eyes on something solid and breath slowly. Not easy to do but if you learn it it really helps. Good luck

Hugs to you, and if you have it... take a xanax before? I avoided the dentist for more than 3 years cause I was so afraid - xanax and a new dentist helped immensly! Good luck to you!
