I have recently moved back to my hometown after moving away in January for a job. I am now having panic attacks again. I don't know what to tell my support system to do when I'm having one. So I have been just leaving the situation and now have been getting anxious when I think about going into the situation.

I am also a cutter...I had it under control for awhile but that is now rearing its ugly head as well. I don't know what I can tell my support system on how they can help with that either.

What have you told your support system of how they can help? Please help me!!! I am about to just give up on going out of my house except for my job!!! I really don't want to loose my support system.
