bit of a rant:
half an hour ago was supposed to be my pdoc appointment. I am always anxious about the appointments with her. Plus I have extreme anxiety just leaving the apt ... getting in a car etc. My case worker didn't show up.... no phone call.... I was pacing outside... counting my steps.. trying to remember to breathe.
Called, left a few messages...cause I think the 1st one was all that crappy abandonment coming (not yelling) out in my voice.
Now, I have to wait till the end of the month. Have to make sure I have enough meds till then.
And to top it off, I am freaking thinking something happened to her, or one of her kids, maybe the car?? She is supposed to bring me to the eye doc tomorrow... How/When will I know that she can do that??? ahhhhh
I know breathe.

Sounds like you needed to rant and I don't blame you. Hopefully you will hear from her soon. Glad you are practicing your breathing techniques. I hadn't thought of counting steps. That's a good idea, because I tend to pace anyway. Hope you get to the eye doc okay tomorrow.
