im wondering how do i look for and identify my triggers..?
so far it seems that people cursing /drama seem to be huge triggers for me..
how do we let the things outside of ourselves disturb ourselves less?

@elevatedsoul - if you work it out please let me know.

I get in trouble at work / lose jobs because I get triggered. Hard to explain it's a symptom of mental disorders.

yeah, its really confusing feeling... knowing that you are having a panic attack, and that its anxiety... but not being able to control it, nor figure out whats triggering it in the first place

for me i dunno, i think i live in a stressful environment and being hypervigilant doesnt make anxiety better, also im the type of person that is really reserved and dont express how i feel or my emotions because of multiple reasons... in which all this gets build up till i burst
i just dont know what is causing it, right now it kind of feels like everything is causing it, life is causing me to suffer
