Hey...

I don't know if this is a disorder or if its a phobia...or if its just something in my mind but I get really anxious when I am touched...

By anyone, if they enter my personal space and touch me I start to feel really uncomfortable and if it carries on it feels like I'm experiencing a fever..and I start to sweat horribly..

I'm especially against being touched on my back and neck and if someone touches those areas I sometimes freeze completely or I do my best to move as far as possible away from them..also I start to shake slightly..

Again I ask is this a real something or just a something in my head???

I would suggest seeing your doctor about it to rule out any physical cause.

Otherwise it does sound like a phobia of sorts.

Do you know where this might of sprung from?
