Hi -
I just wanted to share this because it really helped me with my panic attacks.
It's just a short audio from the NHS (National Health Service).
It is on the right side about halfway down the page (Moodzone: Panic attacks).

Dealing with panic attacks - Stress, anxiety and depression - NHS Choices

It may be stuff many of you are familiar with, but it's been working really well for me. I've had panic attacks for most of my life, but had been having debilitating, monster panic attacks the past couple of weeks. Following the 3 steps in the audio really helped me. Hope it is of help to others too.
Thanks for this!
