hi suzzie
try my visualization. I have a meter I see in my head. when the anxiety is high, the needle on the meter is registering an 8-10. so I breathe and turn the knob down on the meter till the needle is registering a 4 or so. this usually reduces my anxiety some so that it is tolerable. I hope this works some for you.
