Every day is a struggle. I have come to realize that with my anxiety, it's nice to have a place on here where I can talk about how I really am or how alone I feel sometimes without people not understanding or thinking anxiety and depression are made up diseases used for attention seeking. I had a few breakdowns today to some criticisms made by friends and people I live with. Its hard being so sensitive and feeling like a burden on other peoples lives. I'm trying to take things slow, realize that not everyone understands and except the truth of each individual situation. I turn to God for the help I need when I can not find it in myself, but currently I'm just trying to keep my head above water. One day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time. God Bless.
