Anyone have you ever been laying in bed when your anxiety is bothering you and it feels like your chest n neck is burning up and lasts for some time

I experience anxiety/panic attacks when my chest and stomach feel very uncomfortable so I try to do deep breathing exercises or meditation to help myself. You sound very uncomfortable. I'm sorry you're having a bad day. I hope it gets better.

Im workin on it for sure....i dont think its helping that my sinuses have been flaring really bad lately due to tree pollen
