I have been having what my Doctor diagnosed me with as anxiety and panic attacks. # months ago my ex husband hit me in the face with a closed fist and it never bothered me but all of a sudden I get sharp pains down my arm, tightness in my chest, my head will hurt and my neck. I don't why but I have not even been able to drive because these feelings start happening. I feel like I am alone. I have driven for such a long time that I am miserable not being able to.....
