Feeling really anxious today and out of it...does anyone ever have this happen the day after doing a lot of things i spent the day yesterday moving my tv and computer out of my bedroom and back to the livingroom where i would not be hold up in my bedroom like a prisoner anymore and now im jus so nervous n freaked out

Could be the change in moving your stuff. If so, the anxiety should get better gradually as you adjust to your stuff being in the livingroom instead of the cave you had built in your bedroom.
