So I always feel extremely alone, I feel isolated by friends and people I know as if I'm the only person in the world. I often feel left out of things even if I'm not. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they dealt with it. It gets very unbearable at times and I wish I could deal with it without it causing extreme anxiety and depression but its hard and I can't seem to find a way. Any help with dealing with this would be so grateful thank you.

quiet time is DANGEROUS time to me.

Keep a radio on or TV on or clean or something. Alone with just my thoughts leads to bad things.

Best wishes to you.

You may consider seeing someone for depression. Have you talked to a professional about these feelings of isolation?

I'm sorry you are feeling like this, sometimes I do too. Some things that have been helpful are making effort to go outside a local park or sit on the porch. Getting comfortable within yourself is a real gift that you can give to you. This will help with the anxiety and depression also. It may be helpful to have a medical checkup and see to your good health and blood levels...

best of luck to you
Jade
Thanks for this!

sometimes i'll say stuff out loud to myself. i know, it sounds weird. but it helps me get away from the intrusive thoughts in my brain. I'll just say something like "alright! it's gonna okay! no worries!" and for those few seconds that i'm talking out loud, i forget about what i was worrying about! self-encouragement is one of the skills i'm learning in therapy (DBT), i just like to say it out loud! or i'll listen to one of my favorite songs, and sing along. like really loud. but that's only when i'm in the car by myself or something haha. it helps me a bit! good luck
