I react in a well nonnormal way when someone sneezes I flip out and run away or cover my face and dump any open beverages I had near them it makes everyone else mad at me but I can't help the fact they never cover their mouths Its just really annoying. I would like advice on how to react a little ....calmer in that kind of situation though.

Sounds like a bit of a germ phobia? You prob need to desensitise to sneezing. Have you a close friend or partner who would be willing to sniff some pepper so you can practise not reacting to sneezing? I know it sounds crazy lol but it might just work!

Aaargh im the same way on the bus or the street! I often wear a turtleneck so ill pull my shirt over my nose. I dont usually have an open beverage. I just start moving in slow motion cuz im so freaked out - people dont much like that either, but hey im the one who would get sick for weeks!
