Hi everyone,

I have severe Panic Disorder and depend heavily on Xanax to get me through the day and get out in public and socialize in some small way every day. It honestly is a struggle to get out of the house every day by bike to run errands and (thankfully) have a farm job and a friend that drives me to my doctors appointments, grocery, pharmacy, when I can't bike.

DX: Schizoaffective, Panic Disorder, OCD, PTSD, Depression, Seizures
RX: Neurontin 600mg 3x daily, Xanax 2mg 4x daily (for now), Lisinopril 10mg, Metroprolol ER 100mg, Prazosin 2mg bedtime, Sinequan 150mg bedtime, Zyprexa 20mg bedtime, Seroquel 100mg bedtime

*Anybody* wanting to share their techniques to conquer fear and get out in public besides their medication they/you might take how do you deal with getting out in public or a grocery store or a restaurant and I also have to constantly remind myself I am not "thought broadcasting" that "people really cannot read my mind" it drives me crazy.

"I'm not crazy... my reality is just different than yours."
