Getting married is such an important part an a person's life. It is suppose to be an exciting time! Well for me it has been causing me to have high anxiety and irrational fears. I have been with my fiancee 11 years and we are extremely happy...I couldn't picture my life with anyone else!
Tomorrow is the big day and I have been having the fear that I'm going to have a full blown panic attack in front of our family and friends. Some of his and my family are unaware I tend to have panic attacks. I started thinking about this 2 days ago...I know by even thinking this I'm setting myself up for it...does anyone have any advice on how to deal with a panic attack while in front of people?? Anything would help...thanks!!

Remember to take deep breaths. Shallow ones just help in insuring a panic attack.
Try to focus on one thing while you are up there. When the minister is talking look at him directly, concentrate only on him. When it's time to look at you fiance focus only on him. Don't let yourself get distracted by the other people. Pretend you are both alone. Hope some of this helps. All brides are nervous at their wedding; not just you.

Thank you very much! That is very good advice. I feel a little guilty because my fiancee is just excited...I am the one who is freakin! I'm praying that when I get up there I will not be as panicky as I think!
