I understand completely that when you're dealing with illnesses like this nothing is predictable. I know I'm gonna have good days and bad days. Today is bad but it is not the worse, the state I was in a week ago was the extremely worst. I was staying really busy and active these past few days and it helped a lot but today was really unproductive which means a lot of time think. I usually feel really anxious before I go to sleep and when I wake up. I was feeling anxious this morning and thought it'd go away but it hasn't. I'm not having panic attacks every two seconds but I just feel really empty and afraid today. I feel like everything I do is pointless. Nothing makes sense anymore. Sometimes I feel like the life I knew is a total lie and it's scary.

I'm sorry you are going through so much right now. I also get anxious before bed and find myself thinking far too much if I'm not constantly busy.
Do you take any medications for your anxiety? I hope that you can feel better before bed time. I usually meditate when I get ready and into bed so it leaves little time to worry because it puts me to sleep!

Thanks for this!

Thanks. My doctor prescribed trazodone to help me sleep and it has helped a lot. It also says it helps with depression and anxiety but I don't know if it's actually helping. Maybe overtime? I haven't been prescribed anything else for anxiety though. I've never tried meditation and I don't really know how to mediate but maybe I should consider it.

You should try, it helps a lot in day by day living although most of the times it's so difficult when you have got anxiety.
