So I had my first panic attack today. And it scared me to death. I felt like someone was sitting on my chest and I couldn't breathe. I was sweating like crazy and couldn't hold a conversation I was shaking so bad. I felt like I couldn't control anything. Ironically I was on my way to the Psych Clinic. I'm trying to find humor in my struggles.

My question mostly is I am home now and I can't seem to get rid of the tightness in my chest. I took a Klonopin I have for my bad days but it hasn't help with the chest tightness.

Ideas? Or is this normal for a while after a panic attack?

Pression in chest, pain in arms and legs... But this is because i am having a bad week with constant anxiety. I have finished my lexatin pills this week...
And it is worst early in the mornig, when i am alone at home. When i finish a pannic attack, i am always tired and pained.
