Woke up feelin 'cloudy' & a little anxious, I felt a lot worse then this in the past so I know I can handle/get through it but I think cause its half term & I av the kids with me that its making me more aware n less able to distract myself.

Mornings are never my best time of day - I sure know how you feel. Generally by mid-morning I am better so I hope this will be true for you also.

Useless me im so sorry to hear that

Little lulu that is mostly how I seem to feel wake up bad but getter but on the odd occasion its the opposite, I wake up fine & then it hits I find those days te worse.

Metamorphosis12 that is a lovely saying. I may have to put that in my book, (I have a book of inspirational quotes, sayings, little messages ect for my kids just incase they ever feel the way I do, its not much but it may just help oneday)

Lizzyjb when my other half is at work & my kids are at school I have times when i feel like that I can't even watch telly sometimes cause I start thinking about what if that happened in my life or to me. I find going for a walk can sometimes help.
Thanks for this!
