Not sure if this time of the years stress anxiety and panic seem to be very present almost like a season for allergenic reaction in the spring time.

Even though I'm a three week well deserved stay home vaction I seem to be always just getting upset over some small but upsetting event of nervous tension and panic attack issues or some issue that needs a few day to fix or mend or repair. Or need me to make a unwanted car trip to a store.

I seem to wake every morning ( on vacation so I can sleep late ) but my main serious wish that I stay completely out of any trouble with any issues,
nothing breaks and need no repair , I don't need to get into any complex issues about any thing with anyone and for one day I get to try and RELAX
WITH NO DRAMMA OR ANY URGENT ISSUES

Just STARTING BACK ON a 20 MG Celexa and a Ativan as needed.

I stop this therapy about a year ago when there were going well, major big mistake Have a lot to share with this group but will wait for some feedback to see If I fit into this group ???

earlyadapter, I agree it is a very stressful time of year. I was on Celexa before being switched to Cymbalta. How is it working for you?
