I've been dealing with anxiety for over 20 yrs and the last two days, I can't get any relief. It's starting to hit me physically, sore muscles, gastric problems and headaches. Usually my Klonopin helps, but it's not helping me now. I just took a muscle relaxer, hoping it would help. It didn't work, so I took another klonopin and I'm starting to relax.
I hate having anxiety and I know I'll never be normal!!

I've been depressed and anxious for almost 10 years. I'm only 20 years old, practically half of my life. But Ive never had it as bad as I do this month. I feel physically and mentally exhausted. I can't imagine having it for 10 more years. I can feel your pain. I'm glad you're feeling a little more relaxed now. Hope you get more relaxed days soon. I'm really negative as well, I feel like I'll never be normal again but we don't know that. Nothing is impossible.
