Hello,
My social worker and me decided to not choose the hospital for now, but if it gets worse, I could reconsider it. I will see a psychiatrist in the next few months to see what help is available for me and before that, I will try to work on me on some points like my anxiety with social worker. If I am in need, I will reconsider all the options. perseverance11 |

I sometimes think maybe I should be hospitalized to receive help more rapidly, but I am not in a crisis since more than one week.

Hello,
Last night was hard with my anxiety and tonight, I don't feel rfeally well. If it continues like that, should I go to the hospital? If someone wants to talk more about the situation, we can. Thanks and have a goood night. perseverance11 |

When my sister left home, I started to be afraid of sleeping alone so I started to sleep watching a TV on my room. When I wake up in the middle of the night I feel safe because the noise I was hearing came from the TV. It helped me a lot when my parents didn't sleep at home. It is only an idea. If you have been a week with no anxiety you can continue in this way, feeling better.
