Does your anxiety make you talk to yourself.

When I talk to my self, I'm pretending to be a counselor talking to somebody else with my problems. I know all the things i'm suppose to do to calm my anxiety but putting them into motion can be difficult at times. Hearing the advice coming out of my mouth is enough to get the ball rolling so I can focus on getting rid of it.
