Hi, I hope you are feeling better today, I take .005 mg Ativan too. Work for me when as my Pdoc prescribe, taking before the panic attack get worse. But that is me, everybody is different, also helps talking with my therapist about what trigger my anxiety and panic attacks.

Fears are my worth enemies, I have to face them and later I am much better, less anxiety, less panic attacks. Takes time, but gets better. Hugs
